Alexandra Maria Lara was born in Romania and is now an actress from Germany and Romania. Her most well-known movies include Rush, Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. Alexandra was the only child of Romanian actor Valentin Platareu. At the age of 16, she had already landed several television roles, including the lead role in the Downfall film Youth Without Youth Control.
