Alexandra-Maria-Lara
Alexandra Maria Lara was born in Romania and is now an actress from Germany and Romania. Her most well-known movies include Rush, Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. Alexandra was the only child of Romanian actor Valentin Platareu. At the age of 16, she had already landed several television roles, including the lead role in the Downfall film Youth Without Youth Control. Her critically-acclaimed performance in the television film Der Tunnel paved way for more notable roles like Adolf Hitler's secretary Traudl Junge in the critically and commercially profitable Oscar nominated historical war film Downfall. The Reader and Der Baader Meinhof Komplex are the other Oscar nominated films that feature the divas. Alexandra's professional career has included be involved in a variety of significant national and international productions. The projects include British biographical film Control Greek dramatic film The Dust of Time French historical Miniseries Napoleon and many more. In addition, she was an active member of the Cannes Film Festival jury and Transylvania International Film Festival.
